Nostalgic biscuits

My mum used to make these when I was a child. They are just chocolate biscuits with butter cream in.

Here's the recipe that I found on the internet:

Oven 180C

100g butter
50g caster sugar
120g self raising flour
15g cocoa

2 lightly greased baking trays

Put all the ingredients into a food processor & pulse (or beat vigorously by hand) until a dough forms.

Divide into 16 balls and place on a baking sheet with space inbetween each one.

Flatten each one with your hand and press on each one with a damp fork to make a pattern.

Bake 15-20 minutes until just browning. Leave on a wire rack to cool.

Whilst cooling, mix up some butter icing and wedge 2 biscuits together.
